Please note we are in the process of revising the following documents relating to water allotment transfers.
Linked below are several documents in pdf form relating to the subject of water allotment transfers. The first contains the District’s policies and procedures on the matter. The second contains the form to apply for such a transfer for a single piece of property. The third contains the form to apply for such a transfer for a Local Improvement District (LID) or a Homeowners Association (HOA).
Please note that for an application to be considered in a given year, it must be complete and submitted by the last day of February of that year. To learn more, download the policies and procedures document listed first or contact the KID’s Customer Service Department at 586-9111.
