Customer Service

Customer Service is the initial point of contact for irrigation service needs, outages and pressure concerns, water orders for agricultural and single-point delivery services, the Helping Hands program and account and payment information.

Dana Hernandez is the Supervisor. She has been with K.I.D. since 2012 and has worked to develop and support the customer service team in providing excellent customer service to K.I.D. customers. KID issues an electronic newsletter, several times per year. Our newsletter is sent to all District customers via email. If you would like to stay informed about what is happening in your District, be sure we have your current email address or add it here.
