MAY WE SEND YOU A DVD?

With the change from a mostly rural to residential customer base, we're finding that many current and new customers don't really understand what's involved in keeping the water moving: where it comes from, how it moves or why it's so much more complicated than just "throwing a hose in the Columbia."

We'd like to send you a free DVD that will introduce you to irrigation generally and the Kennewick Irrigation District specifically. It's not meant to be the last word on everything you want to know about that bill that comes in your mail twice a year, but it should explain the basics. And besides, it's nice—illustrated explanations, lovely scenery and lots of baby ducks.
