Kennewick Irrigation District (KID)
Requests Qualifications from Architects and Engineers (including Surveyors)
Per RCW 39.80.030, in procuring architectural and engineering services, KID invites firms lawfully engaged in the practices of surveying, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, architectural engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, site civil development, hydraulics, master planning, environmental engineering, construction management, landscape architecture, and biological sciences to submit a statement of qualifications and performance data.
Firms MUST include a cover letter in which they state, FROM THE ABOVE LIST OF SERVICES, in which specialty (or specialties) they wish to be included, or the response will be rejected.
These services are solicited annually. For inclusion on our 2022 Architectural and Engineering Services Roster, effective August 1, 2022, go to kid.org, click on “Other Business” then “Architects, Engineers, and Surveyors” and print out the application. Firms must return the completed application along with three (3) copies (not to exceed 20 pages front and back) of their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to:

Submittals must be received by July 8, 2022.
SOQ and performance information will be reviewed, and used as the source from which to select one or more qualified firms for future projects. Selection criteria will include 1) Experience of firm including responses from references, 2) Experience of Principal Staff including responses from references, 3) Ability to adhere to a schedule, and 4) Location of office where work will be performed. Minority, women-owned, federally disadvantaged, and small businesses are encouraged to apply.
