GIS
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is responsible for all levels of administering the District’s GIS program. GIS is a powerful tool that uses maps and data to visualize, question, analyze, and interpret data in order to better understand patterns, trends, and relationships. Administration of the system includes geodatabase development and management, data capture and maintenance, map creation, spatial analysis, and web mapping.
